Our Services

They provide a clean, safe, cheerful, homelike environment with a gentle, well trained staff supported by experienced Nurses overseeing the residents’ medical needs. Individual service plans are tailored for each resident.

Three well balanced meals, designed around each resident’s diet ordered by their private physicians, are provided each day. Snacks in-between meals (as their diet permits) are also offered. All meals are completely prepared in the home by the cook or caregiver.

All laundry is done on the premises every day. All residents’ clothes are treated with care and replaced into their closets or drawers, neatly folded. All residents’ possessions are treated with respect.

Activities are coordinated by our certified, full time Activity Director. Activities are provided multiple times every day. Also, in the home they are visited by professional musicians or entertainers.

Field trips are provided on a monthly basis to movies, restaurants, festivals, concerts, zoo, picnics, and other events that the residents are interested in.
 
Residents’ families are encouraged to participate in all activities and join the residents in all holiday celebrations. Special meals are catered into the home on Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

The Nurses make regular visits many times per week to see and evaluate all residents. Family is encouraged to communicate and be involved with the resident’s medical care. The nurses are always on call for any emergency, and work closely with each resident’s physicians.
 
We have two Resident Managers who transport residents to their doctors’ appointments & stay with them for their safety.

We have many other safety precautions including Falls Prevention Program, all doors alarmed, wander guard, call buttons on their person at bedsides and bathrooms, bed alarms, wheelchair alarms, motion detector alarms, toilet seat alarms and many other assistive devices, as well as policies and procedures for caregivers to keep your loved one as safe as possible.

We have expertise in caring for dementia , mental illness, developmental disabilities, and diabetics including insulin injections and finger sticks. We routinely care for residents with foley catheters, supra pubic catheters, urostomy, illeostomy, colostomy, incontinence problems, and patients with disabilities of all kinds. We also have specially trained staff to handle difficult wound cares.

Each home has its specialty, but all have a warm, homelike environment, making transition easier. You will feel happy, safe and at home here.
